We at Harmony Revival Supported Living Services Limited believe that everyone has the right to live the life they want. People can live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes, with their own tenancies, thanks to our specialised support.
Our supported living services help individuals of the following age groups:
- 18 – 65 Years
- Over 65 Years
We support individuals to live independently and safely in their communities across the UK. This includes people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities and dementia.
We work in a person-centred manner, which means that our support and care are completely tailored to each individual’s specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.
Our Dedicated Support Workers
We collaborate with you to ensure that you receive the best care and support possible, whether you live in our housing or in your own home. Our staff teams have extensive experience working with people who have complex needs, and they include dedicated positive behaviour support (PBS) specialists.
Our supported living services also incorporate the Reach Standards. In order to empower people to make their own decisions about how to live their lives, we want to provide them with the support they need to do so when those decisions may be challenging. Our staff takes the time to get to know each individual and understand their needs, interests, and goals.
We are subject to regulation by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and we also have internal quality teams, which guarantees a solid and flexible approach that enables us to provide the best possible support for people.

Giving person-centred support
Everything we do revolves around our clients. Together, we decide how to support each person to be as independent as possible in their own home and their community as we work in partnership with them. We also consider the perspectives of their families and any professionals who may be assisting them.
Each individual is assisted by a specialist support worker who has been trained to meet their specific needs. We make every effort to carefully match our team members to each individual in order to foster trusting and positive relationships. Clients gain confidence quickly when they receive individually tailored support from people with whom they feel comfortable and secure.

Support is available from a few hours per week to 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including 1:1 assistance. We offer assistance in a variety of areas to help people live more enriching and fulfilling lives. This includes the following:

We understand that transitioning to supported living can feel overwhelming, which is why we meticulously plan each transition so that it is completely tailored to the individual’s needs. We are committed to making each new resident’s transition to our services as easy and pleasant as possible.
For some, this means a gradual transition over several months to reduce anxiety and ensure they are looking forward to the journey ahead. Our friendly and dedicated staff team provides support, advice, and encouragement throughout the process.
