Dementia Support
Finding out you have dementia can be scary, but once you know, you can take steps to keep your independence and make plans for the future. We can help you from the early stages of dementia all the way to the end.

Many people living with dementia are happier if they can stay in their own home and maintain their independence—and we can help you do just that. We can help you with things like getting around and taking care of yourself. We can also help you find local community groups and day services.
Moving into dementia-friendly accommodation may be necessary at times. Although this is a difficult and emotional decision for both the person living with dementia and their family and friends, it may be for the best. We will work with you in a caring manner and ensure that you plan and prepare for the move well, and that it is as stress-free as possible.
Our Dementia Support
Dementia support is all about getting you or a loved one the help they need to stay in their own home. Our support workers always strive to follow a routine that you are familiar with and comfortable with, while also promoting the highest standard of care for the person they are supporting.

Whether you just need someone to check on your loved one first thing in the morning and help with personal care or breakfast, or you need continuous live-in care to ensure they’re safe at night, you can be confident that our fully-trained support workers will be there to assist you whenever you need them. They can also help with other things like:
- Medication support
- Assisting with mobility
- Facilitation of hobbies, activities, and social interaction
- Meal preparation and household maintenance
