About Us
Our Story
When founder Helen Rushwaya spoke with older family members and friends, they raised the concern that there wouldn’t be many options available to them if they needed care in the future. If you needed extensive care, it appeared that you had to move into a residential care setting.

Helen came to the same conclusion after thinking about it for a few months and doing some research to find out exactly what was available: there was very little choice if you wanted to live in your preferred home, your own. She took it upon herself to establish a company that would assist not only the elderly but anyone who required care in order to remain independent in the comfort of their own home.
Harmony Revival Supported Living Services Limited originated from a desire to provide seniors and others in need of non-medical home care with the option that most people prefer: to remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes. We are a home care company that prioritises exceptional customer service and highly personalised in-home care to meet our clients’ needs.
Our Management
Our management team is comprised of highly experienced individuals with backgrounds in social, health, and community care, as well as central and local government.
Many began in front-line care roles, which we believe is reflected in our enthusiasm for our work and the care Harmony Supported Living Services Limited provides.
Our unique combination of professional skills and experience motivates us to constantly assess, debate, and improve the quality and breadth of the services we offer.
Before developing a personalised care plan, they will meet with you at your home to discuss your needs and preferences. Our care plans are tailored to your specific needs, desires, and financial situation. We work with you to make sure the cost of care is reasonable and that your life is made easier.

Our Carers
It takes a special person to be an excellent carer or support worker. As a result, we only train and hire the best. Each and every one of our caregivers is devoted, enthusiastic, and brimming with a “can-do” attitude. Above all, they have a calling to care and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
We assess and review applicants for care throughout the training process. Only a small number of people who apply to be caregivers pass our stringent procedures and background checks. As a result, you can rest assured that you are receiving the best possible care.
Our Primary Objective
To provide exceptional home care that enhances your life and gives your family peace of mind.
Our Mission Statement
To provide you or a loved one with personalised in-home care, assisting the elderly, disabled, and others in need of assistance to maintain their quality of life. Our services support your personal preferences to remain in your own home in order to maintain your dignity and independence. We assist you or a loved one out of concern for your well-being, gaining satisfaction and pride in the value we add to your lives.
Our Values
Everything we do for you is based on compassion, which combines humanity, kindness, and care.
We treat you as an individual. We value your goals and commitments, and we work hard to understand and promote your priorities, needs, abilities, and limitations. We treat you with dignity, strive to support and empower you, and respect your right to make your own decisions when providing care.
We firmly believe in listening to and working with all those involved in our clients’ care—social workers, family members, doctors, nurses, office staff, and caregivers. Each carer is an important member of our team, and we value their contributions and input because they see our clients on a daily basis and are often the first to notice changes in their well-being and health.
We believe that only by recruiting, training, and retaining the best staff who share our values and are committed to our vision will we be able to provide the best possible care. We appreciate our employees’ dedication and passion for providing excellent care to our clients. We recognise that mistakes do occur, but when they do, we expect an honest reflection from all parties involved in order to prevent future errors.
